1. Who We Are

Digital Candy Factory is a product of TrainerGoesOnline (TGO). Both of these are brands owned by Urban Retail Solutions. By purchasing Digital Candy Factory, you are entering into an agreement with Urban Retail Solutions.

2. What You Are Purchasing

Digital Candy Factory is a self-study online course delivered through Skool. Your purchase gives you lifetime access to the Tier 1 course content, including all six modules and associated resources, as well as access to the Digital Candy Factory Skool community.

The course is designed to help coaches, creators, freelancers, and agency owners build a paid front-end offer. Results depend entirely on the effort, time, and implementation you put in. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue figures, or business results.

3. Access and Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an invitation to the Digital Candy Factory Skool community via the email address you provided at checkout. Please check your inbox, including your spam or promotions folder, if the invite does not arrive within a few minutes.

Access to Tier 1 course content is for life. Access to Tier 2 content, if applicable, is for the duration of your mentorship programme only.

TGO reserves the right to update, improve, or restructure course content at any time. We will never remove access to the core course without notice.

4. Refund Policy

Digital Candy Factory comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee.

If you purchase the course and decide within 14 days that it is not right for you, contact us at support@trainergoesonline.com and we will ask you why it is not worth your money but regardless of your answer we will refund your payment in full.

The 14-day window begins on the date of purchase. Refund requests received after 14 days from the purchase date will not be eligible.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5 to 7 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Any additional order bumps purchases apart from the base Digital Candy product are not eligible for refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, frameworks, templates, and resources inside Digital Candy Factory are the intellectual property of TrainerGoesOnline. You may use them for your own business but you may not reproduce, resell, share, or distribute them to others in any form.

This includes but is not limited to: module videos, student-facing PDFs, GPT prompts, templates, and any other resources provided as part of the course.

6. Community Guidelines

As a member of the Digital Candy Factory Skool community, you agree to engage respectfully with other members and with the TGO team. Spam, self-promotion without permission, harassment, or any behaviour that disrupts the community will result in removal without a refund.

TGO reserves the right to remove any member from the community at its discretion if these guidelines are not followed.

7. Limitation of Liability

TGO is not liable for any business decisions you make as a result of the course content, nor for any financial outcomes, losses, or results arising from your use of the course. The content is for educational purposes. You are responsible for your own business decisions and their outcomes.

8. Privacy

Your personal information collected at checkout is used solely to process your payment, deliver your course access, and communicate with you about your purchase. We do not sell your data to third parties. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

TGO may update these terms from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated to existing members. Continued use of the course and community after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
